Delivery stays visible
Scheduled delivery.
Always in view.
Approved messages are scheduled, not forgotten. Every delivery stays visible in the queue where you can watch it, reschedule it, pull it forward, or cancel it right up until handoff begins.
Delivery channelsEmail and SMS. No platforms in between.
Messages reach your people directly — by email or text. No app required on their end. No account to create. Just a message arriving the way messages do.
Email
Email is the default delivery channel. The message arrives as a personal note — no platform branding, no promotional framing. The subject and sender name are drawn from the context you configured for the recipient.
Email delivery uses verified delivery infrastructure with delivery confirmation. A failed delivery attempt is logged and surfaced for retry, not silently dropped.
SMS
For recipients where a text feels more personal, SMS delivery carries the approved message directly to their phone. Short messages work well here, and the studio shows a character count estimate during drafting to help you calibrate.
SMS is available for recipients with a phone number on file. International numbers are supported. Failed delivery attempts surface the same way as email failures.
Queue visibilitySix things you can always see and act on.
The queue is not a black box. Every delivery has a status you can read and an action you can take. Nothing moves without your awareness.
Scheduled time
Every delivery has a status you can read, including when it is set to deliver. You can reschedule before handoff begins.
Retry path
If delivery fails, the delivery moves into a visible retry path. You see the failure reason and can retry or reschedule deliberately.
Verification status
If a trusted-contact rule applies, the delivery shows whether verification is pending, confirmed, or declined.
Delivery confirmation
Successful delivery is confirmed and timestamped. The record closes with visible proof of delivery.
Cancellation
Cancel any delivery before handoff begins. Cancellation is immediate and leaves a record.
Pull forward
Pull a scheduled delivery forward when the timing changes and you want it moved to the front of the delivery queue immediately.
